Message	hi all, i won an auction for a nose panel from this member and it has been over 2 months, and we've emailed back and forth and he said he would have it to me at the begining of this month, today i finally hear from this guy and he says that the panel is on backorder and i will get it next month. Any ideas on how to handle this? I can't leave him neg feedback b/c it has been too long, and i plan on contacting ebay and reporting him. Get this, i asked for my money back (b/c he never mention in the item description that it had to be ordered) and he said it would be a 25% restocking fee! how can you charge a restocking fee for something you don't have in stock!!???? any suggestions would be appreciated. (sp)
